Jacquie Halladay

Halladay_tnJacquie Halladay is an associate professor in the department of Family Medicine and a research fellow at the Cecil G Sheps Center for Health Services Research. She is the Co-Director of the North Carolina Network Consortium (NCNC), a statewide Practice Based Research Network (www.ncnc.unc.edu) and is board certified in Preventive Medicine and Obstetrics and Gynecology. Her research interests include working in ambulatory practices with research and clinical teams to enhance care delivery and outcomes for patients with chronic conditions, specifically hypertension, asthma, and tobacco use.  She has a specific interest in understanding the practice level costs of participating in various quality improvement and practice transformation activities. She is involved with the Institute for Health Care Quality Improvement at UNC healthcare and is engaged with the bioinformatics and community engagement groups that are supported by UNC’s Clinical Translational Sciences Award. She is also on faculty with the Preventive Medicine Residency Program at UNC and serves on the UNC Faculty Council.
