dubard_seminarOn Thursday, November 17, 3:00-4:30 p.m. in the Rosenfeld Conference Room, Dr. Annette DuBard of Community Care of North Carolina (CCNC) will speak on  “Community-Based, Multidisciplinary Care Teams: Optimizing the Return on Investment” as part of the Program on Health Workforce Research and Policy Seminar Series at the Sheps Center.

 

Dr. DuBard has been a leader in population health management innovation through Community Care of North Carolina since 2006, where she currently serves as the Chief Health Information Officer and Senior Vice President for Population Health Analytics. She has had a central role in the development of the Community Care Informatics Center, which provides data analytical services and web-based information systems used statewide to facilitate care coordination and quality improvement activities in practices and communities; to support targeted care management for patients with complex healthcare needs; and to monitor quality, utilization, and cost outcomes. She received her BA from Rhodes College, her medical degree with honors from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, and family medicine training from at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.
