Longitudinal Decision-making Capacity in Research Participants with Schizophrenia

Dr. Stroup will analyze longitudinal data to determine predictors of decision-making capacity for research among persons with schizophrenia in a national sample. The study will provide information on how to improve the assessment of decision-making capacity in schizophrenia, and will add to the efforts to protect potential research subjects and the public. This project is funded by the National Alliance for Research on Schizophrenia and Depression (NARSAD).
