These discussions are led by Sheps investigators, sharing how their work has grown in scale to larger and more generalizable interventions or observations. 

There is a lot of national interest that HSR needs to result in more generalizable work.  But, to get there one needs to start with smaller scale efforts.  Other than just being larger, what are the differences in larger scale and smaller scale projects?
