Fraher wins 2019 IHWC Data Olympics data visualization challenge
Erin Fraher, PhD, MPP just won the Data Visualization challenge at the International Health Workforce Collaborative’s (IHWC) Data Olympics for 2019.
In this challenge, IHWC asked participating countries to showcase a creative and innovative project that demonstrates effective use of data visualization for knowledge translation. Fraher presented on two interactive data visualization tools, DocFlows and the NC Sheps Health Workforce blog and interactive map.
The International Health Workforce Collaborative (IHWC) conferences brings together policy makers, academics, researchers and practitioners from the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom with responsibility for and interests in medical workforce issues. It includes approximately 20 delegates from each of these countries and guests from several other countries and organizations.
