Tom Ricketts will be the keynote speaker at the conference: Building a Qualified, Flexible and Mobile Healthcare Workforce for the Future: Moving from a ‘Profession/Occupation’ Focus to a ‘Competency’ Focus on February 11-12, 2014 at the Kaiser Permanente Center for Total Health.

The conference is co-sponsored by the American National Standards Institute.

Erin Fraher will also present on the identification of priority issues for heath care workforce.
