The Program on Health Workforce Research and Policy is pleased to announce that Glen H. Elder, Jr. PhD will be giving a seminar on January 30 from 12-1:30 p.m. in Rosenfeld, Conference Room 306. Dr. Elder will be talking about life course theory, its evolution in his career, and in the field. His talk will cover the paradigmatic principles of life course theory as well as the data and methodological challenges of studying changing lives in changing times. His talk will be followed by a Q&A session in which we will discuss the application of life course theory to policy research and work.
