Erica Richman, PhD, MSW

EricaRichman_headshotErica Richman (Carroll) PhD, MSW, is a Research Analyst at the Program on Health Workforce Research and Policy at the Cecil G. Sheps Center for Health Services Research and an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor in the School of Social Work at UNC-Chapel Hill. Dr. Richman received her PhD from the School of Social Work at UNC-Chapel Hill and her MSW from the University of Pennsylvania. Her main focus is research and quantitative data analysis related to the healthcare workforce in North Carolina and at a national level. Before joining the team, Dr. Richman’s work centered around individuals with disabilities, with an emphasis in intervention research and evidence based practice.
