The Program on Health Workforce Research and Policy invites you to attend the first seminar of our Fall 2014 series.  Wanda Jaskiewicz will be at the Sheps Center on Thursday, September 18, 2014 to give a seminar entitled “Increasing Access to Health Workers in Rural Areas: Case Studies from Laos and Uganda.” (Please see attached ShepsJaskiewicz18Sep2014.) The seminar will be held in the DeFriese Conference Room on the 1st floor of the Sheps Center from 2:30-4:00 p.m.

Wanda Jaskiewicz is the Senior Team Leader for Global Leadership and Health Workforce Effectiveness at IntraHealth International.  She is a global health specialist with over 15 years of extensive field experience in developing countries. She provides technical assistance in improving health worker retention and productivity.  Jaskiewicz has worked on numerous USAID projects as a technical advisor and in a program management capacity in the areas of HIV/AIDS, family planning, reproductive health, and maternal health
