The North Carolina Network Consortium of state-wide Practice Based Research Networks will be holding their conference “Engaging Communities, Patients, and Practices: Implementing Best Practices in Primary Care” at the Edwin W. Monroe AHEC Conference Center located at 2000 Venture Tower Drive, Greenville, NC 27834 from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.

This conference is for all clinicians, academic researchers and community members who have an interest in improving the quality of primary care in North Carolina.  This year we will have a number of presentations focusing on health coaching in primary care settings.
