What: Rural Health Transformation Program Resources (data, analysis, insights)
Why: We share our data and analytics with states, researchers, and policymakers involved in RHTP initiatives because it strengthens the impact and relevance of our work and advances our public mission to improve rural health. By sharing evidence, methods, and insights, we help partners design more effective programs, target resources more efficiently, and avoid duplicative analytic efforts.
By building analytic capacity across the rural health ecosystem and fostering collaboration, we help translate research into actionable strategies that improve access, equity, and outcomes for rural communities—amplifying the value of our expertise and infrastructure beyond a single project or institution.
