The Challenges of Modeling our Future Workforce Needs in an Era of Transformation
Clese Erikson has conducted national studies on workforce supply and demand, specialty choice, and worklife balance and is currently focusing on the workforce implications of new care delivery models. She is also a past chair of the AcademyHealth Health Workforce Interest Group Advisory Committee and currently serves on the advisory boards for the Health Workforce Information Center and for the International Health Workforce Collaborative. She received her Master of Public Affairs from the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas.
