Merative MarketScan Research Databases
The University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, through The North Carolina Translational and Clinical Sciences Institute (NC TraCS), holds an annually renewable license for the Merative MarketScan® Commercial Claims and Encounters and Medicare Supplemental Databases for the years 2000 through 2018.
Only faculty, staff, and graduate students on a faculty or staff-directed research project, that are affiliated with the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill are permitted to use these data through a data request process.
