Healthy Opportunities Pilot Data

The Healthy Opportunities Pilots are designed to test and evaluate the impact of providing select evidence-based, non-medical interventions related to housing, food, transportation and interpersonal safety to high-needs Medicaid enrollees. The State of North Carolina has selected the Cecil G. Sheps Center for Health Services Research to conduct an independent evaluation of the Healthy Opportunities Pilots. Data from that evaluation will be made available for ancillary studies under certain restrictions described here.
