Database Description
The Healthy Opportunities Pilots claims data are available as limited datasets. Patient identifiers are encrypted and no identification of individual patients is possible. Data are updated approximately every 6 months.

The Healthy Opportunities Pilots database contains data from the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services Division of Health Benefits.
The database includes the following:
- Screening information
- Provider information
- Case Information
- Employee information
- Authorized Services information
- Member information
Dates available: TBD. (The earliest we anticipate data being available for use is Summer 2023)
