Bianca Allison wins Donald E. Pathman Outstanding Research Publication Award

Each year the fellows and faculty vote on published papers authored by current fellows. Congratulations to Dr. Bianca Allison on winning the 2021 Donald E. Pathman Outstanding Research Publication Award for her article in the Journal of Hospital Pediatrics on reversible contraception in hospitalized adolescents. Click here to read the paper.

Farewell to Stephen and Skye!

Stephen Clark, MD, MPH will be joining Virginia Commonwealth University as an Assistant Professor.

Skyler McLaurin-Jiang, MD, MPH will be moving to Texas and joining the faculty at Texas Tech University.

Jonathan Yun wins inaugural Donald E. Pathman Outstanding Research Publication Award

In honor of former fellowship director, Don Pathman, an annual outstanding publication award was created in 2019. The fellows submit papers that have been published in the past year and the fellows and faculty vote for the winner. Jonathan Yun, MD, MPH received the first award in Jun 2019 for his paper, Per Visit Emergency Department Expenditures By Insurance Type, 1996–2015. Click here to read the paper.
